We're all about an easier commute into the city, especially from the North Bay. And we think it's high time that those Google illuminati-esque busses were spread to the masses. Bauer rose to that challenge this week, launching a fleet of "Intelligent Transportation" vehicles, tricked out with Wi-Fi, LCD screens, Peet’s coffee and Specialty’s breakfasts. Basically, super nice busses. It's an appeal to the "Lexus Commuters," and it's a pretty good one. Except for one thing: the Marin route goes from the SF Ferry Building to the Larkspur Ferry Building. The exact same route as the ferry, except...on land. Are we missing something here?
