Last week we were proud to show you a 'junior one bedroom' that actually included a room for a bed. This week... well, we're back to the closet, but this place definitely still has potential. We'd ditch the bed-in-closet set-up (it only fits a full-size, after all) and treat the space like a studio. Use the closet space for what it's intended and stick the bed in the main living area - with rent at only $1300 a month, it'll be worth it. The place also has a killer location going for it (on Telegraph Hill, a hop and a skip from Coit Tower), an extra storage space included in the rent, hardwood floors, and a claw foot tub with shower.
