We'll admit, this place is all about the floors. Polished, brand spanking new, deep ebony-like hardwood that makes the whole place shine. We'd style the apartment in minimalist black and white with some Bertoia side chairs around a simple round table, a sharp day bed and several bergère-like chairs to keep things from looking too casual (as can often happen with studios). Then we'd add an abundance of succulents to the tiny balcony and call it a day. Other than the gorgeous floors, this apartment has a dishwasher, on-site laundry, and, of course, a killer location going for it (located at Fillmore and Pacific).
