It's hard to deny the appeal of charming, tree-lined Dolores, or of the ample array of activities that surround it. This week's Craigslist Deal is located close to the tail end of the street in Noe, and while the vibe here may be more subdued than around 16th, you're still in a prime spot–Dolores at Duncan, if you're wondering–for navigating your way around the area's plethora of diversions.
For food options you'll find Incanto, Blue Plate, Emmy's Spaghetti Shack, and–beware–you're dangerously close to Mitchell's Ice Cream. Several dive bars are within walking distance (send my regards to the Knockout, El Rio, and 3300 Club), and should you need a break from the 'hood, stroll up the hills to Bernal or Glen Park or make it to the center of the Mission in under 15 minutes.
But enough about the area; here are the stats on the pad: hardwood floors throughout, decent sized living room, double-paned windows to block traffic noise, and a tandem parking space included in rent. Sure, you've got easy access to 280 and are only a block from the J Church, but where are you trying to go? With this location, you'll be hard-pressed to find a reason to leave.
