The Grand Café is continuing its Misfit Dinner series, where Executive Chef Alicia Jenish focuses on one ingredient for the month, with special dishes crafted around that ingredient. July’s “misfit” will be albacore tuna, featured with a special a la carte menu only offered this weekend. Some dishes have a limited amount — the Grilled Collar will only have three per night — so head in early for the best selection! Thursday, July 25th through Sunday, July 28th @ 501 Geary St.
Designed to give local business employees and commuters a great way to start their day, Rosa Mexicano’s Mission Street location has just launched a bottomless breakfast. Starting this week, the bottomless breakfast will be available every weekday morning, rotating menu items with favorites like Mexico City Chilaquiles and Stuffed French Toast. Available Mondays through Fridays 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. @ 30 Mission St.

Guess who turned one this week! Abbot’s Cellar will be celebrating its first birthday Friday, July 26th with special treats and sales to share the birthday fun. Free samples of the chef’s signature bone marrow on rye and pastrami and birthday truffles with each meal are a treat you can’t pass up this Friday. The fun doesn’t end there — Abbot’s Cellar will be pairing up with The Monk’s Kettle to sell the aged beers they’ve collected in a public cellar sale, with special edition beers and collaborations between breweries. Events will be Friday and Saturday, July 27th and 28th @ 742 Valencia St.
If you’re looking for a piece of the South up here in NorCal, look no further! La Toque and Miner Family Wines are presenting The South meets Napa Valley at La Toque this Saturday.
