Glowing Birds Freaking People Out in North Beach

Before you head to North Beach for your next foray, mentally prep yourself for some skyward weirdness.  Apparently, the glowing, flying objects are freaking some revelers out.  They're not ghosts, they're not invading aliens - they're art.  Public art.   It's called "Language of Birds," and it's an installation by Brian Goggins and Dorka Keen.  Read all about it in our review.
