It's Valentine's Day, and you haven't snagged that perfect gift or reservation for your sweetheart. Don't sweat, because our pals at Liquor.com and at Ginger Royale whipped up some recipes for last-minute love potions that will guarantee you an amorous evening tonight. Forget the roses and chocolates and start chilling those glasses!
The Rose

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz French dry vermouth
• 1 oz Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
• 1 tsp Natural raspberry syrup
• Garnish: Brandied cherry
• Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 oz Gin
• 1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 tsp Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
• 1 Egg white
• Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into two chilled cocktail glasses.
