Art, design, and architecture intersect in Mira's Panorama Collection, located at the corner of Spear and Folsom.

Tishman Speyer has unveiled the luxury model residence of Mira's Panorama Collection, an exclusive selection of homes on the top five floors of the 40-floor, spiraling tower. The interior design of this model home—created as an exhibition to view by appointment only—was envisioned by Guillaume Coutheillas, creative director of the branding and design agency FrenchCalifornia. The exhibition features collectible design and contemporary art specifically chosen to complement the building's angular architecture by Studio Gang.

The Mira Panorama Collection model home is inspired by an Italian aesthetic, drawing on high-end European styles to create a space that evokes the modern dolce vita. Each of the 16 remaining spacious corner homes in the collection has soaring ceilings, balconies, and extra-large bay windows with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay, Bay Bridge, and city skyline.

With three-bedroom homes ranging from around 2,100 to 2,500 square feet, these open-floor plan homes, for all their grandeur, also embody a sense of elegance and warmth. Pricing starts at less than $5 million.

With city dwellers spending more time at home than ever, a well-designed living space is just what the doctor ordered. Taking cues from Jeanne Gang's architectural and interior choices for Mira, FrenchCalifornia designed the Panorama Collection model home with soft, curvy furniture to complement the home's crisp and angular spaces. Inside you'll find an eclectic mix of contemporary art, modern prints, and ceramics sourced from international artists.

Luxury kitchens feature custom acid-etched bronze mirror glass doors by Sozo Studio, Mystery white marble countertops with an expanded waterfall island, premium Miele appliances, and a wine nook with built-in storage.

In the master bathroom, you'll find elegant marble tiling, recessed shelving in the shower, a Kohler rain shower, and a wall-mounted toilet. A pantry room, powder room, and toilet closet is featured in select homes.

Mira's many community spaces include the Jay Wright–designed fitness center, a private dining room, an outdoor deck with barbecues, a children's playroom, conference room, a dog washing station, 24/7 valet parking, and a stylish staffed lobby with its own lounge.

Safety protocols are in place to protect all homeowners and visitors. Interested in touring this beautiful home? Schedule your visit by calling (415) 839-8383 or visit ownmirasf.com.
