In more pop-up news—pop-in, actually—Rag & Bone has launched one inside Nordstrom at the Westfield Centre featuring key pieces from the brand's Fall 2014 collection. Also look for exclusives and limited-edition items, including a kids' spaceman tee, a Faribault blanket, a brass lighter, and more. Shop there until Rag & Bone opens its stand-alone boutique on Fillmore, hopefully by the end of summer.
Solidifying Fillmore's status as cool-kid central, a dedicated Rebecca Minkoff store will be in business at 2124 Fillmore (formerly Pure Beauty) as of Wednesday, November 19. The store will carry clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and more.
Speaking of neighborhoods exploding with amazing fashion, Hayes Valley will soon be home to swim and lingerie brand Eres. The tiny, 409-square-foot store opens at 471 Gough Street on August 18.
Just in time for (hopefully) weather that will allow hang time at the beach, Mollusk Surf Shop has launched its Fall and Winter 2014 collections for men and women. The Ocean Beach store is your go-to for not only surfboards and other ocean gear, but also the softest, in-house designed sweats, baseball shirts, jackets, and lots more. Everything is made in California.
Bernal Heights-based artist and mom Jen Garrido already designs printed tea towels, napkins, clutches, and more under her brand Jenny Pennywood, and she creates works on paper for sale at Jennifer Jenny Jen Jen, in addition her job as mom to her three-year-old. But apparently she's not busy enough because Garrido plans to soon launch a children's clothing line called See Sun. Look for the little looks December 6-7 at West Coast Craft.
