In case you haven't felt the buzz, fashion's party night of the year, Fashion's Night Out, is upon us. This Thursday, celebrate fashion with like-minded lovelies nationwide, in San Francisco. Here is a rundown of the city's events, and you can find 7x7 representing at Saks Fifth Avenue, in collaboration with Stylelist. Join me and a select group of Bay Area bloggers for drinks, tunes, and makeovers, but the real attraction will be a mannequin installation by the bloggers.
Having the pick of the Saks litter to dress one female and one male mannequin is no easy feat. Just imagine: floors of designer goods, piles of high fashion fodder, limitless handbags, sunglasses and bow ties galore. The installation should be an eclectic mix and unique representation of the city's fashion techies. We were prompted with two optional trends: purple and fur. Read: Alexander McQueen trippy print knit leggings, knit fur pom pom hat.
There will be a vote for the best installation and a TBD grand prize (blogger wins the outfit?). The mannequin display is already up and will be live through Friday, September 9.
