We recently got lost in the winding paths and greenery of Russian Hill's Havens Street. Between Filbert Street and Union Street on Leavenworth, you'll see a staircase climbing to the west–it'll take you right into this urban oasis, which definitely boasts an ambience like no other in the city. With hanging foliage and carved stonework, you'll feel like you just went from the city to the countryside in a matter of steps. Be respectful of the neighbors, as many people live on the street and help maintain the gardens. Have fun in this little gem in the heart of the city!
