It's summertime, and that means it's rodeo season. Get out your boots and hat, and head to your nearest fair. We ventured across the Bay to Rowell Ranch Rodeo Park in Castro Valley for the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo. The touring, all African American rodeo, travels all over the country with its display of cowboy culture.
