This week in San Francisco fashion and retail news.

Get Your Shoe Shop On

If your ears perk up when you hear "chic, buttery leather heels that are comfy all damn day," stop by Everlane Lab this weekend to shop the brand's new Day Collection of footwear—including an easy heel (we're smitten), mule, and ballet flat ($120–$145) in a range of fresh hues—before it's made available to the online masses. Each purchase includes a complimentary bouquet of fresh blooms. // The Day Market, Apr. 8-9, 10am to 6pm, at Everlane, 2170 Folsom St (Mission); RSVP at everlane.com

Trade Up

A rainy weekend in April practically begs for a spring cleaning sesh. Instead of clearing out your closet, turn your focus to your bag and bike game, with generous encouragement provided by Timbuk2 and Pure Cycles. Simply bring any gently used bag or bike, whatever the brand, to Timbuk2's Hayes Street or Mission stores and get 30 percent off products from either (or both) companies. Need more of a nudge? Your donations will benefit Golden Bridges School and SF Bike Rescue. // The Timbuk2, 506 Hayes St (Hayes Valley) and t587 Shotwell St. (Mission), timbuk2.com

Hello, Cherry Blossom Festival

Would arranging a meet and greet with Hello Kitty and her friends make you a hero in your house? Then put the 50th Annual Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival on your weekend agenda. While the Sanrio Kid's Corner will be at the center of the Japantown fun and games both this weekend and next, we're most excited about the Hello Kitty Café Truck(this weekend only)peddling yumola treats—rainbow macarons, mini cakes, bow-shaped bottles of water—and adorable HK merch (ya know, tees, mugs, headbands). // sfcherryblossom.org

New Store, New Style

In the world of cozy wool kicks, this is major. Local style darling Allbirds has quietly opened the doors to its first brick-and-mortar on Hotaling Place, just down from Filson and Shinola, in Jackson Square. That means the ridiculously comfortable and humbly cool kicks for men and women are now available to try on and purchase IRL. Plus—are you ready for this?—the label has also just introduced its sophomore style. The Wool Lounger is a classic slip-on made from the same New Zealand merino wool, and it comes in a handful of hues (navy, lemon, pine, and slate). Just like the classic Wool Runner, the shoes retail for $95. // Allbirds is open Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm; Hotaling Place (Jackson Square), allbirds.com.

This women's performance brand is all about stretch, durability, and breathability, and includes everyday staples, high-performance pieces, and fashion-forward styles perfect for activities beyond the gym. // Titika Active, 2042 Union St. (Cow Hollow), titikaactive.com
