Based on the overwhelming popularity of the summer series, SF Chefs is pleased to announce an expansion of the Dinner Party Project. Join some of our favorite chefs for a unique glimpse into their friendships, cooking styles and culinary visions. First up, Maximum Mina at RN74, featuring the San Francisco Michael Mina Group chefs. The menu is filled with mouthwatering treats like sea urchin custard, slow-cooked baby pig and almond roca, you won’t want to miss this dinner!
It all takes place on Tuesday, November 27, at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $200, or $190 if you use your Visa Signature card. Prices are inclusive of beverages and gratuity. Participating chefs include:

Michael Mina’s hometown San Francisco restaurants run the gamut from upscale steakhouse to contemporary American—but they all adhere to his food philosophy of bold yet balanced flavors. For this very special dinner, which includes wine pairings from award-winning wine director Rajat Parr, the chefs from the Mina collection are throwing guests a curve ball—Michael will be exploring his sweet side while pastry chef Lincoln Carson dabbles in the savory world.

Each dinner in the series will feature multiple courses and unique beverage pairings. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
