What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than in the company of cheese and wine. On May 31 Bar Bambino owner and wine guy Christopher Losa and cheesemonger Colin Shaff will teach a two-hour class that explains how production affects the finished product, be it a well-aged pecorino or Barolo. The chickens of Soul Food Farm are on the verge of cult status, beloved by chefs and farmers market patrons alike.
