It's time to escape from flavorless burgers and droopy french fries. For the past twenty-five years, Jacques Pépin, internationally recognized French chef and tv personality has joined us in our kitchens, and hearts, to provide us with tips and recipes for fast food, his way. This October marks the end of a long and delicious run for Pépin, who recently began production on his last (and thirteenth!) series, Jacques Pepin: Heart & Soul, filming at the local KQED studios.
This Saturday, October 18th, Stag Dining is partnering with Kimpton’s Prescott Hotel and esteemed Postrio alumni to produce a very special evening honoring chef Pépin and the 100th anniversary of the Prescott. The guest of honor will be in attendance to share memories from his many years in the kitchen.
