IndieFest Offers Free Football Festivities with Super Bowl XLV: Men in Tights
Eager to support the city's 13th annual Independent Film Festival without sacrificing a minute of the NFL's much-anticipated championship game between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers? Not a problem.
CELLspace, located at 2050 Bryant Street and featuring a full bar to enhance the game-time experience, will host a screening of Super Bowl XLV, affectionately dubbed Men in Tights, with doors opening at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The festivities, sponsored by IndieFest and intended as much for football fanatics as for casual spectators curious to witness the game's annual collection of quirky commercials, will feature the festival's own crew of SportsSweater commentators.
Fans must be 21 and over to enter, and attendance is free, though donations are accepted and encouraged. For more information, visit the party's official site.
