Bringing you the latest in retail therapy around the Bay Area.

Looking to spruce up your home this spring/summer? Then head to the Design District, where modern and affordable furniture line EQ3 is setting up shop on May 31. The store will feature goods from the main line, as well as EQ3+  a sub-brand featuring designs from Marimekko, Herman Miller, Alessi, and others. It'll be located at 2299 Alameda Street.

But, before you head over there, hit up Hayes Street shop In Bed, which is closing on May 25 (and having a big 40% off sale) and relocating closer to its parent company, H.D. Buttercup, in SoMa.

Futher South, Palo Alto residents should mark their calendars for May 24, which is when Intermix comes to Town & Country Village. Expect exclusive designs and releases, just for Silicon Valley shoppers.

Napa residents looking to get fitted should look no futher than Lululemon's new pop-up shop, which is now open at the Napa Crossing North shopping center until August 31.

Another pop-up you might want to check out: The Academy of Art's version (which we previously covered here), curated by its Fashion Merchandising students and featuring the wares of big brands like Levi's and Uniqlo, as well as prized alumni like Freda Salvador and Tommy Pham. It'll be open at 2225 Jerrold Avenue through May 31.

In local brand news, Cuyana, a label aimed at filling one's life "with fewer, better things," has found the perfect partner in Real Simple. The two brands have joined forces to create the Cuyana for Real Simple collection, which includes classes shift dresses, totes, jewelry, and scarves.
