Pour-Over Irish Coffee, Anyone?

Move over, Buena Vista Café. There's a new Irish Coffee in town. Who could resist Irish Coffee brewed a cup at a time from fresh-ground Blue Bottle beans using the hipster-approved pour-over method typically employed by tastefully tattooed baristas in the Mission? Twilight at the Presidio just launched the Blue Bottle Pour-Over Irish Coffee, with Irish Whiskey, brown sugar, and whipped cream for $10. If Irish Coffee doesn't warm your heart, try one of three other new cocktails available every Thursday evening from 5 to 9 pm. For $10 each, you can also choose from the The Presidio Buck (Bulleit Bourbon, strawberries, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and ginger beer), The Aviator (fresh lemon juice, gin, maraschino liquor, and simple syrup) and the Fresh Squeezed Greyhound (hand-squeezed grapefruit and Kettle One Vodka, served on the rocks). 103 Montgomery Street, Main Post Lawn, Presidio

Get on the Boat with Seven Stills of SF

If this three hour tour ends the way Gilligan's did, you'll at least have plenty of booze to drink and friends to keep you company. This Saturday, Seven Stills of SF is hosting the first annual "I'm on a Boat" event, a three-hour booze cruise around the Bay, embarking at 3:15pm. Step aboard the 150-foot yacht and stroll along the deck, sampling the wares of dozens of brewers, distillers and cider makers with 400 of your best new drinking buddies. Expect spirits from Seven Stills of SF, Anchor Distilling, Bender's Whiskey, and Hellocello/Prohibition Spirits; beer from Lagunitas, San Francisco Brewing Company, Ale Industries, Speakeasy and Drake's; and hard cider from Devoto Orchards and Golden State Cider. The party comes complete with a live, DJ-supported soundtrack, so be sure to wear your dancing shoes. Tickets are available online for $100 (general admission) and $200 (VIP Whiskey Lounge).

Scala's 4th Annual Bloody Mary Battle

You should have just enough time to get your land legs back for Scala's Bistro's 4th Annual Bloody Mary Battle, slated for this Sunday at high noon. Bartenders from Rickhouse, Novela, Alta, Churchill, Honor Kitchen & Cocktails, Bartlett Hall, Bergerac, La Urbana, Gaspar, and Twenty Five Lusk will be competing for the title of Best “Anything But Red” Bloody Mary. If you purchase a ticket to the event, you'll not only get to taste the drinks, but a portion of your entry fee will benefit the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Tickets are available online: $30 for general admission or $40 for VIP tickets. 432 Powell

Taste of Tequila at Tres

We hope you've been pacing yourself, because we wouldn't want you to miss Sunday's second serious drinking event. Following a tremendously successful Mezcal tasting event in March, Tres has decided to host a Taste of Tequila event this Sunday from 2 to 6 pm. In addition to more than 15 top tequilas poured by brand experts from Suerte, Casamigos, Don Julio, Dulce Vida, and other respected tequila makers, the casual neighborhood tasting event will feature Mexican street snacks such as roasted nuts with house-blend spices, botanas de pepino, and Mexican candy. The Tres Food Truck will also be on site selling bacon-wrapped hot dogs, elote, ceviche, and street tacos, including special beef brisket tacos made especially for the event. $40 tickets, available online, includes samples from all of the tequila vendors, a take-home “Taste of Tequila” keepsake tasting glass, and Mexican street snacks. 130 Townsend Street

Late Night Italian Supper with Trick Dog and Aviation Gin

A full day of drinking is best followed by a filling meal, and Trick Dog is obliging this Sunday by hosting a Late Night North Beach Italian Supper with Aviation gin and Imbibe Magazine. Chef Michael Logan and the Trick Dog bar team have put together a three-course Sunday-night supper with cocktail pairings that highlight the summer's best flavors and channel San Francisco's iconic North Beach neighborhood. For instance, the first course features frito misto, bagna cauda and misticanza with lemon-oregano vinaigrette paired with a "Pizza Negroni" cocktail made with mozzarella-washed Aviation gin, Campari, Martini and Rossi Gran Lusso and tomato water. Seating is limited, so make reservations online soon for the $55 tickets, which include food, beverage, and gratuity. Dinner starts at 9pm. 3010 20th Street
