A Reputation Forged by Fire: Espetus serves an authentic taste of Brazil

Who doesn't enjoy a parade of meats? (Sorry, vegetarians.)

At Espetus, inspired by the churrasco's cowboy beginnings on the open plains of Brazil back in the 1700s, the carnivorous offering is carved tableside by Brazilian cowboys, otherwise known as gauchos.

Gauchos roamed the fertile southern Pampas, herding cattle. At night, these nomads gathered to roast meats over an open fire pit of mesquite, sharing a meal and stories of the day's adventures. From these simple campside feasts, the origin of today's churrasco style of cuisine was born.

Be transported to Brazil in an authentic Churrasco Rodízio experience with a signature prix fixe menu of 14 signature cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb and shrimp, all grilled over a 100 percent natural mesquite charcoal open flame. Indulge in house specialties including the picanha (signature sirloin)—served alongside a variety of fresh seasonal salads and other hot dishes that reflect the bounty of Brazilian cuisine—in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
