I have fond memories visiting Wilkes early 70s. It was moved from the New York area, Wilkes was unlike anything I had ever seen in Manhattan. He has launched many designer and his work reflects a fun and glamorous lifestyle. Now, the store has a lot of the stuff that I can work around Union Square. I hope it can get back in touch with the merchandise of several unique and special.
