San Francisco's Massive New Whole Foods Set to Transform Mid-Market,SF Gate
The biggest Whole Foods in SF comes to save the day. Set to open in 2021, it will coincide with some major changes in the area. The neighborhood is undergoing a major transformation with the building of Trinity Place, a four-building rental complex as well as 5,000 other new housing units and jobs. San Jose Announces Ambitious Renewable Energy Program, CBS
In a new program that has plans to build new homes where jobs are, doubling the number of car-charging stations, and converting the airport bus fleet to electric, San Jose also wants to roll out a plan for their one million residents to buy solar or wind energy in bulk—as a city—at a lower cost. Aiming to put into action the goals in the Paris Climate Agreement that Trump withdrew from last year, it's being called one of the boldest plans in the U.S. Read more.
