Tomorrow: A Gorgeous Day for Dogfest in Duboce Park

By

The forecast for tomorrow is sunny with a high chance of furries for the annual celebration of San Francisco's canines.

This year's fest will again feature an amazing array of events and games, delicious food, a fantastic silent auction filled with goodies and prizes from a variety of local vendors and partners, and a perfect setting for family-friendly fun. Don't miss the performance by Busy Bee Dogs, with adorable dog comedy and thrilling stunts!

Once again, the highlight of the event will be the Everyday Dog Show—emceed by the quick-and-spirited Daniel Handler (official representative for Lemony Snicket!)—presenting a cavalcade of pre-registered doggies competing in a variety of categories including Best Coat, Best Costume, Best Trick, Best Look Alike(!) and… Best Ears?! This year's panel of esteemed judges includes Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s, Nigel Twist of The Alarm, District 8 Supervisor Scott Wiener, and many more!

Saturday, April 13, 11am-4pm, Noe Street at Duboce Avenue, mckinleyschool.org/dogfest

Free admission; food and games for purchase.
