What: Designed by architect John Maniscalco and built about a twelve years ago, this 4-bed, 3-bath house looks back to the '50s Case Study House architects– specifically Pierre Koenig and Richard Neutra. The facade was recently updated under the architect's guidance, replacing dark wood and Cor-Ten steel details with stucco and frosted glass panels around the second-story entry patio and giving it a crisp new look:


Inside, the glass bridge steals the show– while illuminating the lower level:

The open-plan upper level has an L-shaped space open to the view, plus a large 4th bedroom and full bath (not shown) beyond the dining area that would make a great media/family room.

Bonus points– the kitchen is big enough for two islands while retaining a compact work area with two prep areas and a door to the patio:
