Wellness Amongst The Wilderness at Tahoe's Wellness Weekend, October 21-23
Tahoe is intrinsically relaxing: mountain air, lake views, mellow townies, and countless activities to satiate an athletic appetite. Whether an avid skier or river floater, most people leave Tahoe with an overall feeling of greatness. Tahoe is also an ideal retreat for gaining wellness while lapping in luxury. The 4th annual Lake Tahoe Wellness Weekend at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino offers an all-inclusive two days packed with fitness and healthy living classes and seminars at an alpine oasis.

Along the sparkling shores of the Lake, you'll gain healthy knowledge through seminars on skin, skincare, and nutrition, including a skincare expert workshop and a seminar with Zoe Gerlach, who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and has advanced training as a Life Coach. When taking a break from learning how to live better, you can partake in a wine tasting and healthy cooking class.

Wake up to a Wellness breakfast delivered to your room, and choose from the diverse fitness lineup including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, aerobics, belly dancing, and more. Weather permitting, some classes will take place outside on the resort's gorgeous Cottage Green. You'll have a $100 spa credit to use at the Stillwater Spa where a therapeutic massage or organic aromatherapy facial could top off your wellness weekend.

You'll leave with a wellness gift bag including products and tools to remind you how to maintain that serene sense of wellness. Before you head home, you can go for a hike or stand up paddle boarding session. Or, you can linger and continue to relax and bask in Tahoe serenity.

Rates for the Lake Tahoe Wellness Weekend package start at $449/per person single-occupancy ($649 double-occupancy) and include all classes, events, and a $100 spa credit. A special day-only rate (excluding breakfast and accommodations) is $100/per person per day.
