If you anticipate FOMO as a result of this weekend's Pebble Beach Food & Wine, you should probably book a trip to Vegas. For one, Vegas cures most cases of FOMO. But more importantly, Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit, a four-day foodie extravaganza involving luncheons, dinners, tastings and demos from culinary heavyweights (Tom Colicchio, Paul Bartolotta and Michael Mina will all be there) goes down May 5th-8th.
The food should be enough of a draw (check out the lineup of events), but let this also entice you: SF's delightful Top Chef master Hubert Keller will be manning the DJ booth at his new Fleur restaurant at the Mandalay Bay on May 7.
