San Franciscans Alexa and Mike came to the Napa Valley for their dream wine country wedding last October - there's just no other way to describe it.
They both were gorgeous, the weather was beautiful, their venues were stunning, and their guests were extremely happy, just the formula for the perfect wedding. They started at home base - their long-weekend rental of the amazing Oakville Terraces Villa, with its sweeping valley views and impeccable design - getting dressed and ready to go in style.
They crossed the valley to the Holy Family Mission Church - a tiny gem of a church just 10 minutes away, with the wonderful Deacon Chuck as the officiant of their ceremony and vows. Then they crossed the valley again, this time to the world famous Auberge du Soleil, where they celebrated with their family and friends, eating and dancing the night away. And through it all, they just seemed happy - with their day and with each other. As they should be - they are a sweet and wonderful couple together with a future as bright as their wedding day.
