Fried Chicken Feast from "Accarrino's To Go" via SPQR
While you're probably used to epic pasta from classy Italian spot SPQR, these guys can make a mean fried chicken too. They take a whole or half bird and fry it up and prepare it with different seasonings -- for mom, it's going to be a Calabrian Hot Chicken version, inspired by Nashville's traditional recipes. Make sure to order a bottle of Ferrari bubbly to complete your celebrations. For this meal, there's some assembly required, but who doesn't love a good ole cooking sesh with mom? The Truffle Shuffle specializes in goods like truffle salt and truffle honey and has adapted these tasty ingredients into cooking kits and classes that shuffle weekly. Goodies in your Crenn Kit include Bleu Belle Farm vegetable soup, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, sliced brioche, and a dessert by pastry chef Juan Contreras. Should you want to get a beverage as well, add on a blind tasting kit with three half bottles of vino for a fun activity and great drinks. Okay this one is technically not a full meal, but Miette is launching a new Ship-a-Cake service and we can't contain our excitement. As of Friday, May 1st, we can now order cakes and candies to be shipped or available for curbside pickup. For Mother's Day, we suggest picking up a selection of their best sweets or a lush cake to round out your main meal.
