On the one hand, this studio is located in a pretty sweet spot: It's one block from Dolores Park, two from the J-Church, three from Tartine and Delfina, and right in the midst of all the shopping and restaurants the Mission has to offer.
On the other hand, it's located three blocks from Tartine. If you can show some restraint around the siren song of chocolate croissants, well, you're stronger than us. Also, this might be a wonderful apartment for you. It's got hardwood floors, laundry on-site, and a darling central courtyard. Our favorite part, though, is that bathroom–love the penny tile floors.
