A bevy of celebrities and guests gathered for a red carpet event at the Olympia Luxe Mansion in Los Angeles, benefiting Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and Oceanic Preservation Society.
Host BeverlyJ Public Relations brought together a host of actors, directors, producers, musicians and publicists who came to support the charities in their efforts to stop the heartbreaking annual slaughter and captivity of dolphins in Taiji, Japan. Sea Shepherd's California Chapter was on hand to meet and greet guests, and to relay information regarding the dolphin crisis.
Guests included Louie Psihoyos, director of the Academy Award-winning documentary, The Cove. Attendees also enjoyed a champagne and cocktail reception, a silent auction, a musical performance by Billboard Chart artist Nyee Moses, soundscape from Bad Boys DJ Pete Magma, and MC Stevie Mack.
