Where to shop 'til you drop this week.

You may not grasp Marie Kondo-ing, but who can’t get behind a little spring cleaning (avec shopping)? Timbuk2 is hosting a Do Good Get Good event from Sunday, April 17 through Saturday, April 30. Donate any bag at a Timbuk2 store and get 30 percent off a new one. (You know you’ve been eyeing that cool messenger.) Donations go to At the Crossroads, a local non-profit that helps youth and homeless build healthy lives.  //  The event runs April 17 – 30: Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm; Sunday 10am to 6pm. 506 Hayes St. (Hayes Vallley) and 587 Shotwell St. (Mission), timbuk2.comatthecrossroads.org

Oh, Shinola how we love thee. You will, too, when you see the Detroit brand’s just-launched—and very first—women’s leather collection by co-designers Richard Lambertson and John Truex. Crafted, sourced, tanned and sewn in the U.S., the 12-piece collection includes everything from bucket bags to hobo satchels, duffles to messengers. The leather beauties come in a slew of neutral shades, as well summer-vibrant cobalt and orange (love). Prices range from $195 to $995. Check out the goods for yourself at the still-newish Jackson Square storefront.  //  Shinola: 722 Montgomery St. (FiDi), shinola.com

Spring Forward is a plant-laden pop-up— no clock changing, only fun and fashion in the Mission. Proefspace plays host for the outside-inside concept store for the next two weeks: April 15–29. An eclectic group of local and international brands come together to add a little sun to season-less SF. A few include: Oakland-based Lacson Ravello (hello, bold prints and textiles with a Cali twist), Àplat, known for its eco-friendly totes of 100 percent organic cotton and Gazelle, Dutch bikes at their best. Pedal on!  //  Opening party: Friday 6-10pm. April 15–29: Concept store open 11am–7pm daily, 299 Guerrero St. (Mission), getproef.com/proefspace

Happy Birthday, Freda Salvador store! How has it been one year since you made the move from Union to Fillmore? Let’s celebrate at the Boots, Babes + Beer Party on Wednesday, April 20. Your present: 25 percent off your total purchase. In other Freda news…the brand recently launched a concept store, The Edit, in LA, in collaboration with Janessa Leoné. The LA label’s handmade hats and handbags have a similar cool-girl vibe as Freda’s crush-worthy d’orsay oxfords and booties.  //  Birthday Party: April 20, 6–8pm, 2416 Fillmore St. (Western Addition), fredasalvador.com. The Edit: 8840 Washington Blvd #106, (Culver City), janessaleone.com

With April being National Letter Writing Month, the time is now to get back to this gone-too-soon art. Bring your favorite pen and a friend, and hit up the Letter-Writing Social tonight at Rare Device on Divisadero. Along with nibbles, drinks and stamps, complimentary stationery and cards are on the menu (arrive early for best selection). All that’s left to do? Channel your inner Edith Wharton, or Anaïs Nin.  //  Rare Device: 5-8pm, 600 Divisadero St. (NoPa), raredevice.net
