To incorporate the sleek design elements and communal working spaces reflective of Bay Area technology startups, Stanford Court partnered with EDG, a leading hospitality and commercial interior architecture and design firm known for creating transformative experiences and iconic spaces.

Enjoy a new arrival experience with floor to ceiling windows and lots of fun elements inspired by the city's past, present and future. The new look includes chic brass, blackened steel, saturated jewel tones, leather furnishings, and accents of fun, glossy red set against a classic background of terrazzo tile, wood herringbone flooring, and cream colored walls.
Workspaces.
Blink and you'll miss it. Flying Ford mustangs at the bar—evocative of the 1968 Bullitt film depicting Steve McQueen's car chase scene (in perfect timing for the movie's 50th anniversary)! For McQueen's birthday on March 24th, guests can enjoy a viewing of the film and specialty cocktails at the restaurant.
Lobby art.
Amenity updates include custom-made bikes with New Albion Bike frames (made locally in San Francisco), different frame sizes because "one size does not fit all." There are also Blix e-bikes, pushing the boundaries of where you can explore with the powerful Shimano Steps motor and 50 mile battery range.
An element that will stay unchanged, however, is Daylighted, an evolving collection of local artwork curated exclusively for the hotel, where guests can discover, explore, and purchase the pieces.
The gym.
A major wow factor is the fitness center which has been revamped and relocated to the first floor. It includes an abundance of state-of-the art equipment such as Precor treadmills and ellipticals, Peleton bikes and interactive Kinimafit stations offering personalized workouts.
