Fear Not, The San Francisco Hills: Walk SF's 13-Mile Peak to Peak Trek

By

Looking at San Francisco from the top of one of its rolling hills is like looking at it in Google Earth, except way cooler.  All the houses, trees, high rises and neighborhoods blend into a beautiful moving carpet of life. You can get poetic yourself and go where eagles dare on Walk SF's 13-mile Peak 2 Peak trek on Saturday, October 16.

Register, wake up bright and early, and at 9 am start the trek from the heart of the Mission. Wind up and down the city's highest peaks to explore hidden nooks, crannies and city secrets you never knew existed. The journey ends at Land's End. Walk SF provides lunch, snacks and a year's membership to the organization for anyone who registers.

Walk SF believes feet are the best form of transportation out there. They are pushing for sustainability by getting more people to use their legs rather than their cars in San Francisco. Hills are good for you. Get out there and walk them.
