After you've finished all the turkey day leftovers, add these events to your culinary calendar.

Wednesday December 4

Start brown bagging it with Roka Akor beginning Wednesday. They’re serving up a convenient premade brown bag lunch option for just $15, Monday through Friday from noon to 2:30 (or until they sell out). You can expect some sophisticated brown bags from this Jackson Square sushi spot, like Butterfish and Serrano Chili Rolls, Spicy Salmon Rolls, and Smoked Eggplant and Cucumber Salads, among other delectable things. 801 Montgomery @ Jackson.

Thursday December 5

Jon Bonné, wine editor at SF Chronicle and author of recently released book, “The New California Wine” will be at the Commonwealth Club to talk wine and California wineries. In his new book, Jon applauds and supports the contemporary wine making techniques being practiced in California by young (and sometimes smoking hot) wine makers (ahem Adam and Andrew Mariani of Scribe Winery). Join Jon for an interview and a complimentary tasting from his favorite wineries, like Turley Wine Cellars, Bluxome Street Wine, The Scholium, Scribe Winery, and many others. Cost is $25 ($15 for club members) and it starts at 6:30 PM. 595 Market Street @ 2nd.

Friday December 6

Enjoy Butter-Poached Louisiana Gulf Prawns, Oven-Roasted Venison with Celery Root Gnocchi, and much more with Pebble Beach Resorts on December 6. The resort’s rustic Italian restaurant, Pèppoli, will be the spot for a wine tasting exclusively from Stag’s Leaps Wine Cellars and lead by their head winemaker. A four-course dinner will be paired with each wine and it starts at 7 p.m. The event costs $250 but that covers everything. 2700 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, California.

Saturday December 7

As a part of the Ritz-Carlton’s Winter Culinary Food Tour, join Parallel 37 chef Michael Rotondo as he takes you shopping for the restaurant during Saturday's Ferry Building Farmer’s Market. After the market, Michael will lead attendees through a very special tour of the Ferry Building with VIP tastings at Cowgirl Creamery, Recchiuti Confections, and Hog Island Oyster Co. An optional four-course meal will follow at Parallel 37. The tour departs from the hotel's lobby at noon. 600 Stockton St @ Pine.
