Each session will feature different chefs and will include a “Meet the Chefs" reception, three educational cooking demonstrations, a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour and a five-course Gala Dinner. Don’t miss out on Chef Charlie Palmer’s eighth annual Pigs & Pinot event! The event won’t take place until March 22, but tickets go on sale this Thursday, January 10 and expect them to sell out fast. Held at Hotel Healdsberg, you’ll have the opportunity to sample 60 Pinot Noir wines from Sonoma County and around the world while being served a variety of pork dishes, including homemade sausages, charcuterie, grilled pork, pates and other special creations by 20 different chefs.
