It’s a week for fusion, from cross-cultural cuisine to experiences that go high and low.

Start the week off chill with a book talk at Green Apple, a new Kara Walker installation at SFMOMA, and a movie night at Manny’s.


Then work your way toward a festival and festivity-filled long weekend. Mosswood Meltdown and Fillmore Jazz are back, while La Mar is debuting brunch and Cavaña is hosting Parisian gem Candelaria.
