Lumina's new penthouse homes are literally everything

Lumina's much-anticipated pair of penthouse homes are at last open to the public—and, while you won't believe the views, there's much grandeur to discover.

Ranging from 5,200 to 5,700 square feet over two stories across half of one full building, these penthouses are dramatic to say the least.

Among the jaw-dropping amenities: double-height ceilings, 20-foot glass walls with panoramic vistas of the city and the bay, grownup-sized closets, and even storage space. That's to say nothing of the approximately 300 square feet of outdoor space where you can have a nightcap and watch Karl roll in.

Both penthouses are fully customizable shells awaiting a personal touch, and San Francisco's Jeff Schlarb Design Studio has developed storyboards with unique color schemes and floor plans to help you envision the possibilities. Need a visual? One of penthouses has been staged and fully furnished with pop-up walls and imaginative murals by Green Couch for inspiration.

The two fully customizable penthouses are the final opportunity for homebuyers to join the Lumina community. Residents will have access to a long list of amenities: the Jay Wright–designed fitness center; a 70-foot heated lap pool; a full-service grocery store on the ground level; a private dining room with a chef's kitchen and outdoor patio; a landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecues, fire pits, and outdoor screening capabilities; a bi-level club lounge; game room; and music room. Plus, 24-seven access to complimentary, on-site valet. Goodbye, parking tickets.

Lumina is a top choice for homebuyers seeking the very best of city life, and since it's situated in Rincon Hill, where Rincon Place offers open green space and there is an ever-new and cool crop of shops and restaurants, this is urban living at its finest.
