Sunday Streets took place in the Mission yesterday with loads of music, bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, and absolutely gorgeous weather. Valencia Street was closed to car traffic from 14th to 24th St. and 24th was closed from Valencia to Hampshire St. Three more Sunday Streets will take place in the Mission this summer (June 3, July 1, and August 5) and Dogpatch, Chinatown, the Panhandle, and the Outer Mission will also be car-free on certain Sundays through October.
