At Taste on Ellis, executive chef Peter Ochoa has designed a menu that promises a new flavor profile, one inspired by his Hawaiian and Hispanic heritages combined with his California culinary experience and resources.
"Think Kahlua pork sopes and kampachi crudo," chef Ochoa says.
Taste encourages the shared dining concept so guests can experience the wide variety of flavors on our menu. When you dine in this style, the meal becomes less about individual consumption and more about a shared experience. The menu also offers plenty of healthy options, encouraging a healthy lifestyle without losing flavor or variety.
Braised short rib with cherry and port wine reduction, 50.50 potatoes, and roasted carrots.
