This classic family-style turkey dinner starts with butternut squash soup or a fall greens salad with persimmons and apples. Stuck in Wine Country for Thanksgiving? Poor you. You might just have to treat yourself to the innovative four-course Thanksgiving feast at Spoonbar. The menu features classic dishes with a creative spin including green bean casserole "salad" and roasted squash ravioli to start followed by roasted turkey roulade. Don't fill up too much on the cheddar-and-chive biscuits, you've got to save room for the pumpkin custard with white-chocolate chantilly.
