Though officially tickets are sold out, these two events are worth the treasure hunt, if you can find a way to grab some for yourself. First up, Sheryl Sandberg takes the hot seat with Condoleezza Rice to answer questions about her new book Lean In. Then on Tuesday, author Cheryl Strayed talks about her bestselling book WILD. Check the box offices on the night of for last-minute no-shows, or scour Craigslist if you don't want to wing it.

The world premiere of Chay Yew’s Stuck Elevator—a hybrid of musical theater, opera, and solo performance based on a true story—sees actor Julius Ahn in the Star role of Guāng, an undocumented Chinese immigrant who, trapped in a Bronx elevator for 81 hours, runs the risk of deportation if he calls for help.

As the first piece of 2013’s Fort Mason Center Presents, Carte Blanche presents Ophelia, a reimagining of the story of the tragic heroine of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The walk-through artistic experience brings together elements of dance, theater, and interactive video.

Sound and video artist Christian Marclay created the intricate video installation titled The Clock. The piece is a montage of thousands of film clips that are synchronized to the minute with real time. The dynamic piece highlights the intricacies of time and is a reminder of how brief a single second can be.
