At a loss for what to get up to this weekend? Try out these ideas.
Saturday, June 9: The World Naked Bike Ride
Time to get undressed to the nines! It's the 9th Annual World Naked Bike Ride in San Francisco. Each year, our turnout is getting larger and larger riding bare through the streets of the city. It is time to bring your bikes to Justin Herman Plaza between Market Street & the Embarcadero Blvd. Be as naked as you wanna be. Starts at 11 am.
Saturday, June 9: Mission District Food Tour
Grab some tickets and geek out about the Mission's underground to taste the hip trends in SF's culinary scene. The walking food tour, put on by the Women's Building, stops at five local food purveyors in three hours, during which you’ll meet the owners, chefs and industry experts, while stuffing your face with their artisan specialties. Advance tickets required. Starts Saturday morning at 11 am.
Sunday, June 10: Cat Club's Batcave SF Party
It's the city's only weekly goth and post-punk night, so dress like a creature of the night and head to the huge Cat Club for a night of dance. It's always $5, unless there are live bands doing their thing. It's the best way to kiss the weekend goodbye. Starts at 10, 1190 Folsom Street.
