Bar Manager Chris Rice hand crafts each seasonal cocktails to compliment Waxman's new bar menu. Highlights include: Nolet's magic (Ketel One Oranje vodka, peach, cardamom, nutmeg, lime, ginger ale), The Borough (Genevieve, Gran Classico, orange juice, bitters) and the Johnny Two Step made with lemon, nutmeg, berries, and bitters.
