¡Viva Muralismo! Gala & Art Auction This Saturday to Benefit Precita Eyes
Precita Eyes, aside from adorning city buildings with gorgeous, eye-popping murals, is one of the most precious assets we have in preserving the Mission's dynamic cultural heritage, so celebrate their 2010 Muralists Gala Benefit and Art Auction, called ¡Viva Muralismo! this Saturday, September 25 at SOMArts Cultural Center. Schmooze with artists and politicians (Nancy Pelosi! Mark Leno!) while dancing to DJ Special K's beats and sipping on champagne, and bid on original artwork by the night's featured creative minds.
Every single cent from ¡Viva Muralismo! will support Precita Eyes' programs for children, youth and communities. Get tickets here.
