If you're running low on time for cooking tomorrow's feast, Hayes Valley's Arlequin Café is taking orders (call 415-551-1453) for last-minute pick-ups of their brown sugar and maple ham, herb-roasted leg of lamb, pecan pie, pumpkin bars, and pumpkin and ginger pound cake. 384 Hayes St.

Also, give back at St. Anthony's 23rd annual curbside donation drive. Drop off canned or dried bulk food to the volunteers in red jackets at 105 Golden Gate Ave.

There are a few restaurants putting on special holiday prix fixe dinners around town: Beach Chalet in Ocean Beach, Garcon! in the Mission, Le Colonial in the TenderNob, Le P'tit Laurent in Glen Park, Palio D’Asti in FiDi, and The Plant Cafe Organic on the Embarcadero.

On the $39 menu: Boiled crab with drawn butter, crab chowder in a sourdough bowl, Caesar salad, and heirloom apple cobbler. To sip: Generous pours of Terra Savia's new Chardonnay and methode champenoise sparkling rose. 3583 16th St.
