The Ritz-Carlton rises from the top of Nob Hill like a neoclassical Roman palace. But cross the threshold into Parallel 37, the reimagined restaurant from chef Ron Siegel, and a more modern aesthetic reigns.
Designed by EDG Interior Architecture and Design, the new space features plenty of live-edge reclaimed woods, backlit glass panels and sleek leather banquettes embossed with a playful plaid.
