The best way to describe the raw power and inherent sensuality of these striking Danes is to imagine a band whose music captures the combined spirit of Marlon Brando’s iconic portrayal as a tough-as-nails biker in the 1953 film The Wild One mixed with Bridget Bardot’s feisty sexuality. Songs like “Chain Gang Of Love” and “Love In A Trashcan” embody the group’s signature blend of Motown-era girl group styling juxtaposed with a ghostly swaggering surf guitar and feral garage rock, making for a creepy-meets-sexy subversive sound.
