MINA Test Kitchen

To celebrate Christmas Eve, Chef Adam Sobel presents a Feast of Seven Fishes, a seven-course family-style menu featuring a wide selection of seafood with a festive twist. Start with either their roasted chestnuts and walnuts or their calamari fritti. Then, enjoy their antipasti along with their four other main courses. Le P'tit Laurent

Hopscotch

This Uptown Oakland eatery is bringing a festive holiday flair to their Japanese cuisine. Hopscotch is offering a different themed, family-style menu every week throughout the month of December. Though they'll be closed on Christmas Day, swing by Christmas Eve and feast upon goose leg confit, served with frisee salad and fried sunchokes. Le Colonial

Lively San Francisco restaurant Le Colonial will be serving their regular a la carte dinner menu in addition to some holiday specials this Christmas Eve. Desco

Located in Old Oakland, Desco will be opening its doors for a special dinner on Christmas Eve for a limited four-hour time slot. Offering their standard a la carte menu, they will also be adding two $48 and $65 prix fix menus, where traditional seafood stew will be served as the main course. 1300 on Fillmore

This neighborhood staple will be keeping its doors open Christmas Day with seating offered at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Luce

Enjoy a Michelin star Christmas meal courtesy of esteemed InterContinetal San Francisco chef Daniel Corey. This Christmas Eve, Daniel Corey and his team will be offering a 3-course menu highlighting some of the season's best entrees such as diver scallop wild rice and winter pumpkin as well as short rib of glazed beef. Each course has an optional wine pairing from Luce’s Marissa Payne. This dinner will also be offered on Christmas day, but guests have the option of partaking in a Christmas Day brunch buffet with an omelette station and complimentary sparkling wine. Dinner is $95 per adult or $140 with the wine pairing, $45 for children 4 to 12 years old; Brunch is $85 per adult and $45 for children 4 to 12 years old. Lungomare

Chef Craig DiFonzo and the rest of the Lungomare team will be celebrating Christmas Eve by hosting their annual Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner. This special four-course meal will feature an Italian-style array of fish, seafood, and other delicacies along with an optional wine pairing. An à la carte and children's menu will also be offered, so feel free to bring the whole family. Dinner is $60 per person, or $80 with a wine pairing. La Folie

Elegant eatery La Folie will be serving an extravagant four-course prix fixe menu of amuse bouche and petit fours, with an optional wine pairing by the glass. Make sure to save some room for their main course, which will feature a Sonoma squab and chestnut risotto with celery root and truffled jus or coffee rubbed venison with chestnut, and plenty of hearty vegetables. Piperade

Piperade will be open all day Christmas Eve featuring a $75 three-course prix fixe dinner menu. This elegant dining experience will offer five main course options along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Top of the Mark

A delicious meal along with a gorgeous view? Atop San Francisco's iconic Mark Hopkins Hotel, Top of the Mark will feature a Christmas dinner buffet including a raw bar, antipasto selection, chef station, small plates, entrees, roasts, and more. Chef Nenad Stefanovic will be serving up traditional holiday favorites such as rosemary crusted prime rib and a bruschetta station. Finish up your meal with the crepe suzette, a dessert of Grand Marnier sauce and orange supreme. Thought was it? They will also be offering a Christmas Day brunch, with classics such as their La Mer Benedict and creamy lobster bisque. Roka Akor

Gather around the open-charcoal robata grill this Christmas Eve and celebrate the holidays with a special tasting menu. While Roka Akor will still be offering their full serving menu, guests will also be offered a five-course dinner to be enjoyed by a minimum of two people. Highlighted dishes include the chef selection seasonal sashimi platter, grilled asparagus with wafu dressing and sesame, and a dessert of pear and walnut mochi. A16

A16 is upholding a classic holiday tradition by hosting their own Feast of Seven Fishes Dinner this Christmas Eve. Served family-style, this seven-course smorgasbord will include dishes such as saffron cavatelli, made with mussels, ceci nero, chili, lemon, and chervil and black cod & dungeness crab brodetto, made with clams, mussels, cockles, orange agrumato, and chili.
