Lady Gaga Will Sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50

By

Just when you thought Super Bowl 50 couldn't bring any more star power, the national anthem singer has been revealed (drum roll please) ... Lady Gaga!

The multi-talented star will sing the Star-Spangled Banner during Super Bowl 50's pre-game festivities at Levi’s Stadium this Sunday— a perfect prequel to seeing Beyonce, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars strut their stuff during half time. Talk about an A-list roster.

Whether it's singing her pop hits or classic broadway numbers, Mama Monster can do it all (she blew us away during the 2015 Oscars when she performed the Sound of Music tribute), and we're sure her rendition of the national anthem will be amazing.

Little monsters, put your paws up and over your hearts as Lady Gaga leads the world in the Star Spangled Banner

[UPDATE]: Along with Beyonce, Coldplay, and Gaga, a few more stars are lined up to perform during the Super Bowl festivities. Fall Out Boy, Skrillex, and Hunter Hayes will be performing free shows separately on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Regency Ballroom. Tickets for Hunter Hayes and Fall Out Boy have already sold out, but Skrillex tickets have not yet been released. Get tickets here.
