Homebrew How-to
If pickling and jam-making are now old hat, consider taking up homebrewing. This class at 18 Reasons, taught by Bryan Hermannsson and Patrick Horn, is part one in a two-part series and will instruct you on the ins and outs of making your own beer. Part two (sold seperately) will demystify non-alcoholic (that is to say, root and ginger) beers. The class is $25 for 18 Reasons members, $35 for the general public, and tickets can be purchased here.
Donate Blood, Get a Free Balboa Burger
